Returns

We will gladly accept returns on all full-priced and sale items within 14-days of receiving your order, provided the products are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with the tags attached.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your order for a different size, style or colour - please return your items and place a new order.

 Faulty Items

If you believe your goods are faulty for any reason, get in touch and we will offer a refund at our discretion.

How to lodge a return

1. To return an item, please get in touch via ourContact Form and we will provide details on where to send your item. You are responsible for the cost of returning any item/s.
2. Once received, we will inspect the goods. We endeavour to accept all returns, however, in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may not be able to issue you with a refund and will instead return the item to you.
3. If we are satisfied that the items are in their original condition, we will refund the price you paid for your item/s back to your original payment method.

Please note, the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they're properly packaged and use a postal service that allows tracking and insurance for the value of the items you are returning.
